By accessing systemendpointgrid.digital or enrolling in a Systemendpointgrid program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase seating through our offline invoicing process.

Services

We provide educational materials and cohort training related to Air-Gapped Asset Ledger practice. Website pricing is informational. A binding purchase occurs only when we confirm an order in writing.

Intellectual property

Course worksheets, videos, templates, and site content are owned by Systemendpointgrid or its licensors. You may use materials for your internal training under the license stated in your enrollment confirmation. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or train competing public courses on our proprietary drills without written consent.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, upload unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent affiliation with Systemendpointgrid.

Disclaimer of results

Training improves skills; it does not guarantee audit outcomes, security certifications, or operational metrics. Content is educational and subject to our Not Financial Advice notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Systemendpointgrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or training. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed enrollment is limited to the fees you paid for that enrollment.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Daejeon shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
